ODOT Disparity Study Public Stakeholder Meetings

ODOT will host a series of public meetings this summer regarding the Disparity Study update

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT)’s Office of Civil Rights will hold informational meetings to present the 2019 Disparity Study Update findings and recommendations for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program.

ODOT proposes an overall DBE goal for its Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funded contracting of 15.37% for federal fiscal years (FFYs) 2020 through 2022. ODOT estimates 4.73% of the overall goal can be achieved through race- and gender-neutral participation on ODOT projects and the remaining 10.64% of the overall goal will need to be met through the use of race- and gender-conscious contract goals.

For more information about the study, contact Jen Gray-O’Connor, 503-358-7617, or send comments to OCRPrograms@odot.state.or.us.
