AGC Submits Comments Regarding City of Portland Sick Leave Ordinance

Today, AGC submitted comments to the City of Portland and Commissioner Amanda Fritz regarding the city’s sick leave ordinance. AGC Board Counsel cited the negative effects the ordinance would have on collective bargaining agreements, project proposals/contracts, project costs, and the burden of intense recordkeeping due to the nature of the construction industry.
