For more than a decade, Lindsay has been coaching, researching, and developing programs for professional growth and emotional health in the workplace. As a nationally recognized generational expert, Lindsay has partnered with organizations such as Roche, Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, Carpenter Realtors, and the Indiana Supreme Court. Lindsay earned a degree in psychology and public communication from Syracuse University, and a professional coaching certification through the International Coach Federation. By providing education through keynote speeches around the country, podcasts, and her YouTube channel, Lindsay empowers organizations to maximize the talent of their diverse workforce and helps individuals find the joy in understanding why every generation matters.

Carmen Ciricillo
Carmen is a nationally touring comedian who has performed for thousands of construction related events, including all major national construction associations and corporations in the country. He also headlines major comedy clubs around the US; has toured with NASCAR; starred on Discovery Channel; and recently released a new special for DryBar Comedy. Currently his comedy album The Construction Comic can be heard on SiriusXM Satellite Radio.

Troy Slosser
Troy Slosser is an experienced project manager with nearly 30 years of successful budget, schedule, and quality performance on complex projects. He has expertise in civil, structural, and architectural systems for air transportation and has led large teams on mission-critical projects like Hoffman Construction Company’s PDX Terminal Core Redevelopment and PDX In-Line Baggage Screening. Troy’s proactive approach focuses on sustainable materials and minimizing disruption to airport operations while maximizing value during preconstruction and designing for user efficiency.

James Spellos
Jim Spellos is the president of Meeting U., whose mission for over 20 years is to help people become more productive and comfortable with technology.
In 2022, Meeting Professionals International included Jim on their most influential list in the hospitality industry in honor of their 50th anniversary celebration. In 2021, Glisser named Jim one of the most influential people in virtual events.
He was a faculty member at New York University for 25 years, receiving both their Award for Teaching Excellence and their Outstanding Service Award. In 2015, Jim was named one of the Meeting Industry’s Trendsetters by Meetings Today magazine.
