Help Tailor the Arbitration ProcessAGC of America, in collaboration with the National Construction Dispute Resolution Committee (NCDRC), is surveying our members regarding preferences in resolving construction disputes. The goal of this survey is to assist the NCDRC and the American Arbitration Association (AAA) by providing information that can be used to tailor the arbitration process to continue to meet the needs of the construction industry.
