Ali Gadbaugh

Born and raised in the Northwest, Ali has worked for the commercial construction industry for seven years. She lives in Vancouver with her husband and their three dogs, and they love to do anything outdoors. In her spare time, Ali loves to spend time with family and friends, bake, shop, and exercise. Ali is very excited to be a part of AGC, and is looking forward to getting out and meeting AGC members, old and new!

Born and raised in western Kentucky, Billy has spent over 24 years in the safety profession. He has spent time in the oil and gas industry in the Midwest, the mining and construction industries in the Pacific Northwest, the mining and solar industries in Arizona, and is pleased to return to the Pacific Northwest to join AGC and settle down in the Medford area.
Billy and his wife Cheryl have two children. His hobbies include photography, outdoor recreation, and music. In the late 1990s, Billy was signed as a country music recording artist and produced an album with regional radio success. Today, he enjoys singing and writing music as a favorite hobby and as a way to relax and unwind.
Located in Medford, Billy will be working with members in Southern Oregon and the south coast, and is looking forward to working closely with our members in those areas.
Zoua Yang
Accounting Assistant

Zoua brings over three years of experience as an accounts receivable and accounts payable specialist. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management, with an accounting major. Moving north from California, Zoua lives in Portland with her husband and two beautiful children, and loves to travel, hike, go to the movies, and enjoys great food. She is excited to join the AGC staff and looks forward to working with chapter members.
