2016 Awards Program Deadline Approaching!
The Oct. 30 deadline to apply for an Alliant Build America Award and/or AGC in the Community Award is quickly approaching, but it’s not too late!
Alliant Build America Awards
The Alliant Build America Awards honor AGC members who build the nation’s most impressive construction projects ranging across the building, highway and transportation, utility infrastructure, and federal and heavy divisions. We know our members have done some great work this year, and we encourage you to apply online for some much-deserved recognition for your outstanding projects. As an added bonus, all entry fees are donated to the AGC Education and Research Foundation’s Alliant Build America Scholarship Fund and matched by Alliant to double the impact for young constructors across the country.
Who Should Apply: AGC members
AGC in the Community Awards
The AGC in the Community Awards program showcases the community service projects of AGC’s members and chapters. These awards recognize community service projects that epitomize the essence of charitable giving, through actual hands-on service and donations to charitable organizations. These charitable efforts reflect positively on the construction industry and the professionals that construct our nation’s buildings, monuments, highways, and water infrastructure. Most importantly, however, they are helping people in need. If you know of some good works done in your community by your fellow chapter members, or if you’ve done a great project, there’s still time to submit an application.
